Below is the "legalese" version of the services we provide and also what we'll need from you. Read it through. Even after reading the finer print we're sure you'll agree it's a great way to raise funds for your organization or community.

Producer Shall:

1. Conduct marketing campaign on behalf of the Client for the purpose of selling tickets and/or advertisements for the publication.
2. Compose, edit and print publication for Client.
3. Provide all necessary personnel for campaign.
4. Provide a program book for the production in addition to the publication.
5. Mail a copy of the publication to advertisers who purchased display advertisement.
6. Provide all materials necessary to publicize the event, such as posters, press releases, etc.
7. All expenses to be paid from show account.
8. Hold Client harmless for expenses related to production.

Client Shall:

1. Allow its name to be used in all promotional material necessary to marketing campaign.
2. Not compete with Producer during marketing campaign.
3. Direct any inquiries concerning advertising or tickets to campaign headquarters.
4. Inform all its members campaign is being conducted.
5. Furnish Producer with all necessary materials pertaining to history, purposes, accomplishments, etc. of organization.
6. Attend the production and provide usher assistance.
